Description
The Battle robe top 0 is the fully degraded form of the battle robe top in RuneScape 3. This is the only version that can be traded. It is a tier 50 magic armour piece for the torso slot and needs level 50 Defence to wear.
The battle robe top comes from the Fist of Guthix minigame and is a free-to-play item. At full charge, it has the best offensive stats of any free-to-play magic torso item. The 0 version has no charge left, so it must be recharged before it works at full power. Recharging costs 150 Fist of Guthix tokens. Once charged, it lasts for 6 hours of combat before it degrades again.
Battle robes have a strong rune-saving effect. With a full set of battle robes, there is a 20% chance that mind, chaos, death, or blood runes will be supplied when casting a combat spell. Pair the full set with a staff of light and there is a 50% chance of using no runes at all when casting a combat spell.
The top also gives 3% damage reduction in PvP, even when uncharged. It weighs 4 kg and can be disassembled for parts.
