These chaps are tier 60 tank armour for the legs slot. They give 249 armour, a 900 life points bonus, 1.2% damage reduction against monsters, and 3.15% damage reduction against players. Their stats match black dragonhide chaps.

The set is popular for ranging in the God Wars Dungeon. Wearing Guthix gear stops monsters that follow Guthix from attacking you. This makes trips to the dungeon safer and easier.

The chaps come from level 3 or 4 Treasure Trails and cannot be made with the Crafting skill. They are a members-only item.
