These chaps are tier 60 Tank armour. They give 249 armour, 1.2% damage reduction against monsters, and 3.15% damage reduction against other players. They are a solid pick for rangers who want strong leg armour at mid levels.
The chaps are aligned with the god Saradomin. Wearing them protects you from Saradomin monsters in the God Wars Dungeon. This makes them useful for trips into that area.
They come from hard reward caskets in Treasure Trails. They cannot be made with the Crafting skill. If you own the full Saradomin blessed dragonhide set, you can store it in the treasure chest in a player-owned house costume room as a hard-level set.
