Description

The Bloated leech pouch is a Summoning pouch in RuneScape 3. It lets you summon a bloated leech familiar. You need level 49 Summoning to use it, and each summon costs 50 Summoning points.

The bloated leech is a level 59 combat familiar that fights in aggressive mode. It has 5,900 life points and lasts 32 minutes. Its special move, Blood Drain, restores reduced stats by 5% and cures poison. The move damages you for 100 life points per skill it restores. This makes it handy for fixing stats lost to spicy stews or attacks from Croesus.

You can also turn one pouch into ten Blood Drain scrolls at a summoning obelisk. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district in Prifddinas, that obelisk gives 12 scrolls per pouch. The scrolls stack, which makes them useful for Ironman players with few restore supplies.

At level 56 Summoning, you can trade pouches to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd for 82 spirit shards each. With hard Tirannwn achievements done, Lord Amlodd gives 90 shards per pouch. The pouch is members-only, tradeable, and noteable.
