Blue dragonhide vambraces are ranged tank armour worn in the hand slot in RuneScape 3. They are made from 100% real dragonhide. You need level 50 Defence to wear them. The item is tier 50 and gives 42.5 armour, a 250 life points bonus, and 1% damage reduction against monsters. It has a -63 accuracy penalty to melee and magic, so it works best for ranged combat.
Players can craft these vambraces at level 50 Crafting using one blue dragon leather with a needle and thread. This gives 70 Crafting experience. You can also use kebbit claws on them at level 32 Crafting to make blue spiky vambraces. The spiky version trades some defence for a +7 Ranged bonus, turning it into power armour.
These vambraces are light at 0.283 kg and are open to both members and free players. They are tradeable, lendable, and noteable.
