Description

The Blue firelighter is a members only item in RuneScape 3. It is a Treasure Trail reward that can come from any level of clue scroll. It can also come from a fire spirit that appears while burning logs on a bonfire.

Use a Blue firelighter on normal logs to make blue logs. When burned, blue logs give 50 Firemaking experience and make a blue flame. Firelighters only work on normal logs, and they do not work in player owned house fireplaces.

There is a second way to use them. You can strike a firelighter to get a five minute buff. While the buff is active, all fire spirits are collected for you. You can strike more firelighters to stack the buff up to 60 minutes. Both uses consume the firelighter.

The Blue firelighter is tradeable and stackable, and it weighs nothing, so it is easy to keep in your bank. It can also be disassembled for Invention parts. This item is a simple way to gain Firemaking experience and catch fire spirits without extra clicks.
