Description
The bomb vial is a special glass vial in RuneScape 3. It has a round shape and a tuft fuse. It is the base item used to make bomb potions with the Herblore skill.
Bomb vials are used to make three types of bombs. These are the poison bomb, the vulnerability bomb, and the sticky bomb. Bombs create an area effect on the ground when thrown. Poison bombs poison targets, sticky bombs bind them, and vulnerability bombs make them take more damage. Bombs work with any combat style, so players of all builds can use them.
Players can make bomb vials from molten glass at level 54 Crafting with a glassblowing pipe. Each vial gives 55 Crafting experience. Buying vials saves time and skips the crafting work, so players can go straight to making bombs.
The bomb vial is a members-only item. It is tradeable and stackable, so it takes up only one inventory space no matter how many you hold. It weighs nothing. On death, it is always kept outside a dangerous area. This makes it a safe and easy item to carry for any player training Herblore or stocking up for combat.
