Making broad arrows needs level 52 Fletching. Players must also unlock the ability with 300 Slayer points after finishing the Smoking Kills quest. Each set of 15 arrows gives 225 Fletching experience. Players can make up to 45,000 broad arrows per hour. That adds up to 675,000 Fletching experience per hour, which makes these arrowheads one of the fastest ways to train Fletching.
