Description

Headless arrows are a Fletching item in RuneScape 3. Each one is a wooden arrow shaft with flights attached. They are the middle step in making arrows for Ranged combat. Attach arrowheads to headless arrows and you get finished arrows ready to shoot.

Headless arrows are stackable and tradeable, and they work on free-to-play worlds. Players use them to train Fletching fast. Making them needs only Fletching level 1, and a batch of 15 takes just 1.2 seconds. With enough supplies, players can make up to 45,000 headless arrows per hour, which gives 45,000 Fletching experience per hour.

A stack of headless arrows saves time. You skip the step of joining feathers to arrow shafts and go right to adding arrowheads. Different metal arrowheads give different amounts of Fletching experience, so one stack works for many training plans.

Headless arrows can also be disassembled for Invention. They break down into stave parts, head parts, and crafted parts, with a rare chance of precise components.
