Buy RS3 Bronze chainbody

Description

The bronze chainbody is a tier 1 melee body armour in RuneScape 3. It needs only level 1 Defence to wear, so any player can use it. It gives 34.5 armour, a 75 life points bonus, 0.1% PvM damage reduction, and 0.3% PvP damage reduction. It is a good first chest piece for new melee fighters.

Players can also make this armour with the Smithing skill. It takes 5 bronze bars at a forge and anvil and gives 75 Smithing experience in total. A free spawn sits on the floor in the Dwarven Mine near a dwarf named Boot.

The chainbody can be disassembled for Invention materials. It gives cover parts, deflecting parts, and plated parts most of the time, with a small chance of strong or protective components. It weighs only 0.025 kg, so it is light to carry.

This item has been in the game since 4 January 2001. It got a new look after the Troll Warzone update. Grab a bronze chainbody to gear up a fresh account or to stock up on smithing and disassembly supplies.
