The bronze dagger is a basic melee weapon in RuneScape 3. It goes in the main-hand slot and needs only level 1 Attack to wield. It is a non-members item, so any player can use it. It uses the stab style with 48 ability damage and 150 accuracy. It is one of the weakest weapons in the game. On Tutorial Island, Vannaka even calls it a butter knife.

Players can smith this dagger at a forge and anvil with 2 bronze bars. It takes 200 progress to finish and gives 30 Smithing experience. A free one respawns on the 1st floor of Lumbridge Castle in Sigmund's room.

The bronze dagger has some fun uses too. Combine it with Ugthanki dung in the Kharidian Desert to make an Oxidised dagger. It can also be disassembled for base parts, blade parts, spiked parts, precise components, and light components, with 8 materials each time. The junk chance is high at 98.9%. If a monster drops one, the spring cleaner treats it as tiny spiky bronze salvage. At only 0.010 kg, it adds almost no weight to your pack.
