Buy RS3 Cat mask

Description

The Cat Mask is a cosmetic mask in RuneScape 3. It comes from medium clue scrolls. Players wear it for its fun look, not for stats. It gives no armour, no damage bonus, and no life points. It has no equipment requirements, so any player can wear it.

The mask has a neat trick. When you wear it with the cat staff, you can right-click the staff to do a special emote. This makes the mask a nice match for players who own the staff.

The Cat Mask is tradeable, lendable, and noteable. It weighs 1 kg. You can store it in the treasure chest in your player-owned house costume room, where it counts as a medium level item. It can also be disassembled. Doing so always gives one Fortunate component, and it grants 0.3 XP with a 98.9% junk chance.

The examine text says "It's the year of the cat!" This is a nod to the cat as a Zodiac animal. The mask was added to the game on 15 April 2008. It is a simple and easy way to add a playful style to any outfit.
