Description

Chef's delight is a drink in RuneScape 3 that gives your Cooking level a quick boost. It raises Cooking by 1 plus 5% of your level. That means a boost of 1 to 5 levels. At Cooking level 80 or higher, you get the full 5 levels. The drink also heals 540 life points.

The boost helps you cook food that is above your normal level. This is handy when you want to make high level food without training first. The drink does lower Attack and Strength by 2 or more levels, so it is best to use it while cooking, not fighting.

Players can brew Chef's delight at the breweries in Keldagrim and Port Phasmatys. This needs level 54 Cooking. It can also be found by looting a gourmet impling. The drink does not stack with the Cooking cape boost, so the highest Cooking level you can reach with it is 104.

Chef's delight is a members-only item. It is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.55 kg. It is a simple, low cost way to push your Cooking level higher when you need it.
