Description

The Chef's delight (4) is a keg that holds 4 pints of Chef's Delight, a popular Cooking drink in RuneScape 3. Each pint gives a temporary Cooking boost of 1 plus 5% of your Cooking level, rounded down. The boost ranges from 1 to 5 levels. At level 80 to 99 Cooking, you get the full 5 level boost. Each drink also heals 540 life points.

Players use this drink to cook foods that are above their real Cooking level. It is a handy way to unlock recipes a few levels early. Keep in mind the boost does not stack with the Cooking cape boost, so the highest Cooking level you can reach with it is 104.

Each pint lowers Attack and Strength by 2 plus 5% of those levels, so it is best used while training skills, not during combat. The keg form is great for saving space, since it packs 4 doses into one item. You can decant it into beer glasses when you need single drinks.

This item is members only, tradeable, and weighs 0.55 kg. It can also be disassembled for parts like Organic parts.
