Description

The Compost Mound scroll (Generate Compost) is a Summoning scroll in RuneScape 3. It lets your compost mound familiar use its special move. You need level 28 Summoning to use it.

The special move fills a nearby compost bin with 15 charges of compost. There is a 10% chance the bin fills with supercompost instead. Each cast uses one scroll and 12 special move points. A spirit cape lowers the cost to 9 points. Each cast also gives 0.6 Summoning experience.

This scroll is a handy way to train Farming. Regular compost gives 4.5 Farming experience per bucket. Supercompost gives 8.5 Farming experience per bucket. Filling bins with the special move saves time compared to making compost by hand.

Players make these scrolls by using a compost mound pouch on a Summoning obelisk. One pouch makes 10 scrolls. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district of Prifddinas, the obelisk there gives 12 scrolls per pouch. The familiar can hold up to 500 scrolls, but it cannot fire stored scrolls on its own. Scrolls can also be traded to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd for spirit shards.
