Description
The Cup of hot water is an item in RuneScape 3. It is made by pouring a bowl of hot water into an empty tea cup. To make the bowl of hot water, use a normal bowl on a water source, then heat it on a stove, a range, or a fire. Players with 89 Summoning can also use a bowl of water on a Geyser titan to heat it.
The cup of hot water cannot be drunk and does nothing on its own. The cup can be emptied if needed. In the past, it was used to make Guthix rest, including during the quest One Small Favour.
This item is tradeable and noteable. It weighs 0.05 kg, so it is light to carry. It can also be disassembled for Invention. Disassembly gives 0.1 XP and one material. Most of the time it gives Simple parts, with a 99 percent chance. Rarely it gives Variable components, with a 1 percent chance. The base junk chance is 98.9 percent, but research can lower that number.
A cup of hot water is a simple item that fits well in any RS3 collection.
