Description

The Dragonbone upgrade kit is a cosmetic item in RuneScape 3. You use it on dragon armour or infinity robes to change how they look. The kit turns the armour piece a purplish colour and adds bone details for a meaner look. It is a rare drop from the Queen Black Dragon.

One kit works on one piece of armour at a time. If you want to change more pieces, you need more kits. You can also remove the kit from an armour piece with a right-click option. This returns the armour to its normal look and gives the kit back.

The kit works on many items. Dragon boots, dragon full helm, dragon platebody, dragon platelegs, and dragon plateskirt all become dragonbone versions. Infinity boots, bottoms, gloves, hat, and top become dragonbone mage gear. Left-clicking the kit shows an info message with the full list of items it works on.

This is a members-only item. It is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be stacked or worn on its own. It is a great pick for players who want their dragon or infinity gear to stand out.
