Description
The earth battlestaff is a medium power magic staff in RuneScape 3. You need level 30 Magic to wield it. It gives you unlimited earth runes, so you never have to buy or carry them for your earth spells. This saves money and inventory space.
This staff is stronger than the basic staff of earth. It has a higher attack bonus, so your spells hit more often. It is a two-handed weapon with 454 accuracy, 432 ability damage, and a spell range of 8. It is a tier 30 weapon.
The staff can grow with you. After the Scorpion Catcher quest, Thormac can upgrade it to a mystic earth staff. With 85 Crafting, you can attach a shade skull to it. You can also swap it to an air, water, or fire battlestaff with an elemental sphere or crystal of power.
Players with 58 Crafting can make this staff by using an earth orb on a battlestaff for 112.5 experience. It is also useful for skillers, since it can be disassembled for parts like Powerful components and Imbued components. As the game says, it is a slightly magical stick.
