The Empty Sack is a handy storage item in RuneScape 3. It holds up to ten pieces of the same Farming produce, such as raw potatoes, onions, or cabbages. This lets players carry more vegetables at once and save backpack space.
The sack is simple to use. The Fill option puts up to ten vegetables from the backpack into the sack right away. The Empty option takes everything out and leaves the sack behind, ready to use again.
Empty sacks have more uses than just carrying food. Sacks full of vegetables can be paid to a gardener who will watch over a Farming plant. During the Enlightened Journey quest, sacks are used to make sandbags. Players can also use an empty sack on a haystack or hay bale to make a hay sack. Adding a bronze spear and a watermelon to the hay sack creates a scarecrow.
The Empty Sack is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.453 kg. It is a great pick for players who farm crops, work on quests, or want to build a scarecrow for their Farming patches.
