Description

Eucalyptus logs are logs cut from eucalyptus trees in RuneScape 3. These trees grow in only one spot, west of Oo'glog, and cutting them needs level 58 Woodcutting. Each log gives 165 Woodcutting XP when cut.

These logs are great for training Firemaking. Burning one gives 193.5 Firemaking XP, which is almost the same as a yew log. With level 63 Firemaking, players can turn them into eucalyptus pyre logs using Sacred oil (4). With a knife and level 31 Fletching, they can also be used to craft a Spiked pit. They cannot be made into bows or arrow shafts.

Eucalyptus logs are needed for the As a First Resort quest. Players must have at least 15 of them to finish it.

For Invention players, these logs can be disassembled. They give Simple parts most of the time and have a 1 in 100 chance to give Living components.

Buying eucalyptus logs saves time. The trees sit in a spot with aggressive wolves that can be a danger to lower level players. Skip the trip and get the logs you need for Firemaking training or quest work.
