The Fire titan is a strong pick for combat training and bossing. Its special move boosts your Defence level by 4 plus 10% and heals 6% of your life points. This makes it a solid helper when you take heavy damage.
Making this pouch yourself takes 198 spirit shards, a blue charm, and a fire talisman at a Summoning obelisk. Crafting one gives 695.2 Summoning experience, so pouches are also useful for training the skill.
Each pouch can be turned into ten Titan's Constitution scrolls at a Summoning obelisk. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district in Prifddinas, the obelisk there gives 12 scrolls per pouch. Players can also trade pouches to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd for spirit shards back.
