Description

The Fragile memento is a Necromancy item in RuneScape 3. It is a weak spiritual offering used to commune with the dead. Players use it as a focus object in the lesser communion ritual, which gives 8 souls and 3 ectoplasm. You need level 5 Necromancy to use it, and the ritual gives 175 experience. The souls it lures go into the Well of Souls.

To start the ritual, place the memento on the pedestal at a Tier 1 ritual site. It must be in your backpack or focus storage first. The ritual also needs 1 Elemental I glyph, 2 Commune I glyphs, and 4 basic ritual candles. Multiply Alteration glyphs can boost the amount you receive.

Fragile mementos come from ritual disturbances, ghost implings, shambling horrors, sparkling glyphs, and wandering souls. Players with level 21 Divination can also make one from 10 bright energy and 3 broken mementos. At level 60 Divination, 3 fragile mementos and 10 vibrant energy can be transmuted into 1 spirit memento.
