Description

The gloomshroom zygomite (unchecked) is a farm animal for the player-owned farm in RuneScape 3. It is the unchecked version, so its traits are hidden until you check it. You need level 81 Farming to check it, and this level cannot be boosted.

Zygomites live in medium pens at Manor Farm. They are the best animals for the medium pen, so they give the most Farming experience and beans when checked or sold. Checking one gives up to 18,000 Farming XP at the elder stage. They eat mushrooms and produce zygomite fruits and mort myre fungus.

Zygomites also give a handy perk. With one in a pen, you have a 7% chance to get an extra mushroom when picking them from patches, clusters, or bloomed logs. This can go up to 10% with elder zygomites in two pens.

Breeding gloomshroom zygomites can give you zanarian, arcspore, and gloomshroom offspring. Any breed can also be shiny. This makes the gloomshroom a great starting point if you want to collect all the zygomite breeds.
