The Grasping rune pouch is an upgraded version of the large rune pouch in RuneScape 3. It needs level 85 Magic to use. The pouch holds 4 types of runes, but it cannot hold necrotic runes. Each type can stack up to 2,147,483,647 runes.
The best part is the rune saving effect. When the pouch is equipped, you have a 25% chance to not use up all the runes on a combat spell. This works even for runes that are not stored in the pouch. If you carry more than one pouch, equipping any grasping rune pouch will save runes in the other pouches in your inventory.
The pouch goes in the pocket slot and gives a +4 prayer bonus. It is a members-only item that is tradeable, noteable, and stacks in the bank.
You can also dye the pouch red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, pink, or black. A cleaning cloth removes the dye and brings back the original color. This makes the Grasping rune pouch a strong pick for any mage who wants to save runes and gold on every combat spell.
