The immaculate alloy bar is used to make partially folded alloy bars at a forge. To do this, use the bar on an anvil. After 1,001 folds, it becomes a glorious bar, which is needed to craft masterwork gear. Each fold gives 1 Smithing experience, so a full bar gives 1,001 experience in total.
