The Jangerberry seed is a Farming seed in RuneScape 3. Plant it in a bush patch to grow a Jangerberry bush. You need level 48 Farming to plant it. One seed is enough for each planting.

The bush takes 2 hours and 40 minutes to fully grow. It grows in 8 stages, and each stage takes 20 minutes. You can pay a farmer 6 watermelons to protect the bush from disease. With the tree farmer outfit, the cost drops to 5 watermelons. With the master farmer outfit, it drops to 4.

This seed gives good Farming XP. Planting gives 50.5 XP. Checking the grown bush gives 284.5 XP. Each berry you pick gives 19 XP. A bush gives about 4 Jangerberries per harvest, and it regrows a new berry every 20 minutes after that.

The Jangerberry seed is tradeable and stackable, so it is easy to store and use. It can also be disassembled for Organic parts most of the time, with a small chance of Living components. This seed is a solid pick for players who want to train Farming with bush patches.
