Description

The jug of wine is a food item in RuneScape 3. Drinking one heals 875 life points, but it also lowers your Attack stat by 2. If your Constitution is below level 35, it heals 25% of your life points instead.

Wine is a smart pick for Agility training since combat stats do not matter there. It is also great in Morytania because ghasts cannot rot it. Rangers and mages like wine too, since the small Attack drop does not hurt them. Warriors can use it as well if they restore their Attack after.

Players make a jug of wine by adding grapes to a jug of water. This needs level 35 Cooking and gives 201 Cooking experience per jug. The wine ferments in ten seconds. At lower levels it can turn into bad wine, but this stops at level 68 Cooking. Making wine is one of the fastest ways to train Cooking, with up to about 800,000 experience per hour.

Each jug of wine weighs 1.5 kg. It is a cheap food with strong healing, so it works well for long training trips and low cost combat.
