Description
A jug of water is a basic item in RuneScape 3. It is made by filling an empty jug at a water source, like a fountain or a sink. This takes level 1 Cooking and works for free players and members.
Jugs of water have many uses. Players use them to bake pies, brew wine, and fill waterskins. They are also the tertiary ingredient for making spirit jelly summoning pouches. This makes them handy for training Cooking and Summoning.
The item is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to buy, sell, and store in bulk. It can also be disassembled. It weighs 1 kg and does not stack in the backpack.
Members can make jugs of water fast with the Humidify spell. This needs level 68 Magic and the Dream Mentor quest. One cast fills 28 jugs using fire, water, and astral runes. Shops run by Shantay, Beefy Bill, and Jossik also sell jugs of water, and members can buy packs of 50 noted jugs from them.
Stocking up on jugs of water saves time. Players skip trips to water sources and get right to cooking, brewing, or making pouches.
