Description

Karil's skirt is ranged tank armour for the legs in RuneScape 3. It is part of Karil the Tainted's Barrows set. To wear it, you need level 70 Defence and level 70 Ranged.

This tier 70 skirt gives 326.9 armour and a bonus of 1,050 life points. It also cuts damage you take by 1.4% against monsters and 3.675% against players. That makes it a solid pick for players who want to stay alive longer in fights.

The skirt degrades over 100,000 charges of combat, but it works just as well as it wears down. You can check the charges left with a right click. NPCs can repair it for 198,000 coins, or you can use an armour stand in your house. A higher Smithing level lowers the cost, down to 99,000 coins at level 99.

Wearing all four pieces of Karil's set gives the Karil's Taint bonus. Your ranged attacks then have a chance to lower the target's Magic level. This works on both monsters and other players. The skirt can be traded when it is undamaged or fully broken.
