Description

The Karil's set is a full Barrows set for RuneScape 3. It comes packed as one Grand Exchange item, which saves bank space. The set contains Karil's coif, leather top, leather skirt, and crossbow.

Karil's gear is Ranged armour and a two-handed crossbow from the Barrows Brothers. You need level 70 Defence and level 70 Ranged to wear or wield it. The armour gives a high magic defence rating, so it works well against enemies that use strong Magic attacks. The crossbow fires a special ammo called bolt racks.

Wearing four pieces of the set unlocks the Karil's Taint bonus. Your ranged attacks then have a chance to lower the target's Magic level. This works in player killing and against normal monsters. The set is also needed, along with 250 Malevolent energy, to make Karil the Bobbled.

Barrows gear degrades as you fight. A fully repaired set lasts for 100,000 charges of combat and keeps full power the whole time. When it runs out, you can repair it at several NPCs or at an armour stand in your house. The set is members only, tradeable, and stackable.
