Description

Linza's helm is a tier 80 melee tank helm in RuneScape 3. It is part of Linza the Disgraced's equipment, one of the Barrows sets. To wear it, a player needs level 80 Defence and must complete the Kindred Spirits quest.

The helm gives 384 armour and a bonus of 800 life points. It also cuts incoming damage by 1.6% in PvM fights and 3% in PvP fights. This makes it a solid pick for players who want to take less damage in tough battles.

Wearing all five parts of Linza's set, including the shield, unlocks the set effect called Linza's Disgrace. When struck in combat, there is a 1 in 8 chance to counterattack. The counter deals 500 to 800 reflection damage to the target that hit you. This effect can stack with the Deathtouch bracelet, and both can trigger on the same hit.

The helm is degradable and holds 100,000 charges of combat before it breaks. A full repair costs up to 500,000 coins, and partial repairs cost less based on the charge left. It can be repaired by NPCs like Bob in Lumbridge, on an armour stand, or with a whetstone device.
