The Necklace of gluttony is a members item in RuneScape 3. It is an enchanted topaz necklace that boosts your healing. While you wear it, each bite of food heals an extra 100 life points. It holds 20 charges and uses 1 charge per bite of food. With all 20 charges, that adds up to the same total healing as a shark.

The necklace works like expensive spices, and the two effects stack. Together they can add up to 150 extra life points per bite. The boost only works on food, so it does not affect items like Saradomin brews. The necklace also loses a charge if you eat food at full health.

This necklace is tradeable and noteable, and it has no combat stat requirements. Anyone can wear it. It has no armour or damage bonuses, so it is used only for its healing effect. It takes up the neck slot and weighs almost nothing.

Players make it by casting Lvl-3 Enchant on a topaz necklace, which needs level 49 Magic, 1 cosmic rune, and 5 fire runes. It is a cheap and simple way to get more healing from your food during combat or training.
