Description

The Saradomin brew (4) is a potion in RuneScape 3 with four doses. Each dose heals 1,000 life points, so one full vial heals 4,000 in total. It is one of the few items that can raise your life points above your normal maximum, up to 1,000 extra.

Each dose also boosts your Defence level. The boost gets bigger as your Defence level goes up, from 1 extra level at low levels to 5 extra levels at level 100 and above. The trade off is that each dose lowers your Attack, Strength, Magic, Ranged, and Necromancy levels. Most players pair brews with super restore or overload potions to fix those drained stats.

Saradomin brews do not drain adrenaline like normal food does. They give some of the best healing per inventory spot, which makes them a top pick for hard bosses and long fights where regular food runs out. You can even drink one while stunned.

This is a members item and it is tradeable. It is dropped by Nex, Beastmaster Durzag, and Yakamaru, and it can be made with level 81 Herblore using clean toadflax and a crushed nest.
