Description

Olive oil (1) is a members item in RuneScape 3. It holds one dose of olive oil. It is used in the Shades of Mort'ton quest and the Shades of Mort'ton minigame.

The main use of olive oil is to make sacred oil. First, players help rebuild the Temple of Mort'ton, which sits north-east of the town. Once the temple is restored, players can light the altar fire in the center. Using olive oil on this fire turns it into sacred oil. This step needs sanctity above 10%. Players can earn sanctity by rebuilding the temple or killing shades. Sacred oil is then used to prepare pyre logs for burning shades.

In the game, this item can be bought from Razmire's general store in Mort'ton or from Rasolo the wandering merchant for 26 coins. It is also sometimes given as a reward for using Serum 207 or Serum 208 on the Afflicted in town.

Olive oil (1) is tradeable and noteable. It weighs 0.02 kg. It has a high alchemy value of 15 coins. It can also be disassembled for Simple parts, with a rare chance of Variable components.
