Description
Papyrus is a sheet of paper in RuneScape 3. It is used for making notes and maps. It is the main form of paper in Gielinor, so players need it any time a quest asks them to write something down or draw a map.
Papyrus is needed in many quests. These include The Darkness of Hallowvale, Enlightened Journey, The Golem, Legends' Quest, Meeting History, Soul Searching, While Guthix Sleeps, and Zogre Flesh Eaters. In Legends' Quest it is used to map the Kharazi Jungle. In The Golem it is used to write a new program. In Meeting History it is used to map Gielinor for Laura.
Papyrus can be combined with other items to make things like a balloon structure, castle sketches, a golem program, and a Sithik portrait. After finishing Enlightened Journey, players can use a ball of wool and an unlit candle on papyrus to make an Origami balloon.
Papyrus is a members item and is tradeable. It is very light at 0.02 kg. When disassembled, it most often gives simple parts and rarely gives variable components. It is a cheap but handy item to keep on hand for quests.
