Pineapple pizza is a top healing food in RuneScape 3. Each pizza heals 1624 life points in two bites, with 812 life points per bite at Constitution level 65. That makes it a strong pick for training, bossing, and long trips where you need food that heals a lot.
This pizza is made at level 65 Cooking by adding pineapple chunks or pineapple rings to a cooked plain pizza. Making one gives 197 total experience. Pineapple rings are the smart choice, since one whole pineapple gives four rings but only one pile of chunks. Players can also get these pizzas from a Cook in a player-owned house.
Pineapple pizza is a members item. It is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 0.9 kg, and a half pizza weighs 0.45 kg. Its examine text reads "A tropicana pizza."
The item also counts toward the achievement You Wanna Pizza Me, which asks players to sample all the listed pizzas. For Invention users, it can be disassembled for 1.9 experience and most often gives Organic parts.
