The pineapple is a members-only fruit in RuneScape 3. It is a key ingredient in gnome cooking. Players need pineapples to make pineapple pizza, fruit blasts, and pineapple punches. With a knife, one pineapple can be cut into pineapple chunks or four pineapple rings at level 1 in the relevant skill.
Pineapples are useful for Farming too. Ten pineapples can pay a gardener to watch over a growing papaya tree. They can also go into a compost bin to make supercompost, which helps crops grow better.
In the wild, pineapples grow on plants in Karamja and Ape Atoll. Players with level 51 Farming can grow their own from a pineapple seed in a fruit tree patch, picking up to six at a time. Players with level 69 Summoning can also get pineapples from a Fruit bat with its fruit fall special.
The item is tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled. It falls under the Food and herbs category and gives mostly Organic parts, with smaller chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. It weighs 0.15 kg. In Temple Trekking, pineapples can be given to a follower as food.
