Description

The Powerburst of sorcery (4) is a members-only potion in RuneScape 3. It gives four doses of the powerburst effect. When you drink a dose, it doubles the runes per essence multiplier for 10 seconds. The effect ends right away once you craft any runes, even if the 10 seconds are not over. It works on soul runes but not on combination runes.

Drinking a dose starts the global powerburst cooldown. This stops you from drinking another powerburst for two minutes. The potion has no effect on the extra runes from elemental or catalytic anima stones. It does work with the arcane apoterrasaur arcane elements farm perk.

Players make this potion at level 109 Herblore for 1,400 experience. The base recipe uses a powerburst vial, primal extract, a super runecrafting (4) potion, five blood runes, and two beak snot. At level 111, the recipe gets faster. At level 113, it needs fewer items to make.

The potion is tradeable and noteable. It can also be disassembled with the Invention skill. It is a strong pick for players who want more runes from each essence while training Runecrafting.
