Description
The Primal main course is a high level food item in RuneScape 3. It is one of the three parts needed to make the primal feast. The other two parts are the primal starter and the primal dessert.
Players make the primal main course at a range with raw malletops meat, raw pavosaurus rex meat, a red onion, and an heirloom tomato. Making it needs level 99 Cooking and gives 800 Cooking experience. You can eat it on its own to heal 2300 life points, but you need at least 92 Constitution to get the full heal. Most players save it for the primal feast instead, since cheaper foods like sailfish heal well on their own.
Making the primal feast needs a Cooking level of 115. You can only reach that by having 99 Cooking and drinking a dose of an extreme cooking potion.
The primal main course is a members only item. It is tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled for materials like organic parts. It is not stackable and weighs 0.1 kg. Its examine text calls it a marvelously moreish meal, and you can see the raw ingredients inside its horn-shaped container.
