Description

The Primal starter is a high level food item in RuneScape 3. It is one of three parts needed to make the primal feast. You can also eat it on its own to heal 2300 life points. You need at least 92 Constitution to get the full healing amount.

Making a Primal starter takes level 99 Cooking. You combine one raw oculi apoterrasaur meat, one rainbow sweetcorn, one cannonball cabbage, and one sweet potato at a range. Each one gives 800 Cooking experience and takes about 3 seconds to make.

To turn it into a primal feast, you also need a primal main course and a primal dessert. That step requires a Cooking level of 115, which players reach at 99 Cooking with a dose of an extreme cooking potion.

This is a members only item. It is tradeable and noteable, but it does not stack. It can also be disassembled for 2.9 XP in the Food and herbs category, with possible materials like organic parts, healthy components, and living components. It is a strong choice for players who want big healing in tough fights or want to build the primal feast.
