Description

Raw bear meat is an item in RuneScape 3 that must be cooked before it can be eaten. Players can cook it on a range or a fire with just level 1 Cooking. This grants 30 experience and makes cooked meat, a food that heals 200 life points when eaten.

Members can also use raw bear meat as part of a wild pie. This pie heals life points and boosts Ranged by 4 levels and Slayer by 5 levels for a short time.

The meat has a use in skilling too. Players can dry it on a range to make sinew. Sinew can be spun on a spinning wheel at level 10 Crafting to make a crossbow string for Fletching. This grants 15 experience.

Raw bear meat drops from bears such as the black bear, grizzly bear, and grizzly bear cub. Werewolves drop it too. It can also be stolen from the Darkmeyer meat stall. The item is tradeable and noteable, and it stacks only when noted. It can be disassembled for Organic parts, with smaller chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components.
