Buy RS3 Raw cave eel

Description

The raw cave eel is a members-only fish in RuneScape 3. Players normally catch it with a fishing rod and bait at level 38 Fishing, which gives 80 Fishing XP per catch. It can be found in places like the Lumbridge Swamp Caves, the Dorgesh-Kaan South Dungeon, and the Meiyerditch Dungeon.

With level 38 Cooking, a raw cave eel can be cooked on a fire or range into a cave eel. Cooking one gives 115 Cooking XP, and the eel stops burning at higher Cooking levels. The cooked cave eel is food that can restore up to 950 life points, based on your Constitution level.

Raw cave eels have other uses too. They are needed in several quests that ask players to gather items. They are also used in the Creature Creation minigame to make a frogeel. At level 17, they can be turned into fishy mush or variety mush at a trough.

This item is tradeable and can be noted, so it is easy to keep a large supply. It is a handy pick for training Cooking, working on quests, or stocking up on low-cost food.
