Raw sailfish is a members-only fish in RuneScape 3. It is caught at the Deep Sea Fishing Hub in the north-east corner. Catching one needs level 97 Fishing and gives 400 experience per catch. Swift sailfish spots give 420 experience and a faster catch rate. Players with 68 Fishing can also get raw sailfish as a rare catch at the swarm fishing spot.

Raw sailfish can be cooked at level 99 Cooking for 270 experience. Cooked sailfish heals 2,400 life points and can boost life points 10% above the maximum. This makes it one of the best foods in the game for bossing and hard fights. Cooked sailfish is also used to make sailfish soup in Player-owned ports.

Raw sailfish has other uses too. It works as bait for scimitops in Big Game Hunter. It can also be disassembled for Invention parts. It gives mostly Organic parts, with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components.
