Description
Razorback gauntlets are tier 90 melee power gloves in RuneScape 3. They are the melee match to the Ascension grips for ranged and the celestial handwraps for magic. You need level 90 to wear them. They are members only.
These gloves give strong stats for melee combat. They have 108.9 armour, a 14.0 damage bonus, and a prayer bonus of 2. They fit in the gloves slot and count as power armour, so they boost your damage in fights.
The gauntlets last for 100,000 charges of combat. After that, they degrade to nothing and cannot be repaired. Once you equip them, they become untradeable right away, even if you have not used them in a fight. If you die in the Wilderness with a fully charged pair, they drop 25,000 coins. Fewer charges means fewer coins.
In the game, these gloves drop from airut at a rate of 1 in 2056, but only during a Slayer task. Beastmaster Durzag drops them at a rate of 1 in 500. Their examine text says they are strong gloves woven from the fur of Tuska.
