Description

Redberries are bright red berries in RuneScape 3. Players use them in cooking, dye making, and Herblore. They cannot be eaten on their own, but they are a key part of many recipes.

Redberries are needed to make uncooked berry pies. A redberry pie is required for The Knight's Sword quest. The berries are also used to make ranging potions, which boost the Ranged skill.

Redberries make dyes too. Take 3 redberries and 5 coins to Aggie the witch in Draynor Village to get red dye. You can also take 3 redberries and 25 coins to Rana the dyer. Red dye can be mixed with yellow dye to make orange dye, which is used in Goblin Diplomacy and Land of the Goblins. Redberries can also go in the Compost Bin to make compost for crops.

In the game, redberries grow on bushes. Two wild bushes sit southeast of Varrock, and players with level 10 Farming can grow their own from a redberry seed in a bush patch. Picking one gives 4.5 Farming experience.
