Description

The Shadow glaive is a main hand Ranged weapon in RuneScape 3. It is infused with shadow magic and drops from Gregorovic in the Heart of Gielinor. You need level 85 Ranged to wield it.

This weapon stands out because it has tier 90 accuracy with tier 80 damage. It is a one-piece thrown weapon, so it needs no ammunition at all. It has an accuracy of 2458, ability damage of 980, and a range of 7 squares. You can also make one by combining 120 shadow glaive shards.

The glaive degrades after 60,000 charges of combat, with a minimum of 10 hours of fighting. Repair NPCs like Bob in Lumbridge can fix it, or you can use an armour stand in a player-owned house. A full repair costs 2,500,000 coins and makes it tradeable again.

You can add an augmentor to make the Augmented Shadow glaive. The augmented version holds one weapon gizmo with up to 2 perks. It levels up to 20 through combat, which cuts charge drain and boosts perk activation. This makes the Shadow glaive a strong pick for high-level Ranged combat and boss fights.
