The Sign of respite II is a pocket-slot item in RuneScape 3. It gives your gravestone more time when you die. When you wear this sign, it adds 21 seconds to your gravestone timer, up to a max of 5 minutes. That extra time can help you get back to your items before they are gone.

You can equip the sign before you die or while you still have an active gravestone. It works one time. After it adds the extra time, the sign disappears. You can use more than one sign, and the extra time stacks up to the 5 minute cap.

The sign has no combat requirements and gives no combat bonuses, so any player can wear it. It is a members-only item. It is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.453 kg. It can also be disassembled and often gives magic parts.

Players can make this sign with level 23 Divination. It takes 30 bright energy and 4 limestone, or 2 memory shards, and gives 5.3 Divination experience. It is a smart pick for risky bosses or dangerous areas where dying can cost you a lot.
