Description

Spicy crunchies are a members-only food item in RuneScape 3. They come from gnome cooking and are one of the orders players can get in the Gnome Restaurant minigame. When eaten, they restore life points, which makes them a handy snack for lower level players.

Making spicy crunchies takes level 12 Cooking. Players must first finish Aluft Gianne snr.'s tutorial in the Grand Tree. The recipe uses Gianne dough, a crunchy tray, two equa leaves, and gnome spice, all cooked on a range. They can burn while cooking, but the burn chance drops as your Cooking level goes up. At level 38 Cooking they never burn.

Spicy crunchies have another use too. Adding gnome spice turns them into extra spicy crunchies. Those can be given to Dundee at Het's Oasis to complete the achievement This Gnome is on Fire.

The item is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It can also be disassembled for materials, with organic parts being the most common. It weighs 0.25 kg and is not stackable. Buying spicy crunchies is a simple way to skip the cooking steps and get right to eating or turning them into the extra spicy version.
