Gnome spice is a cooking ingredient in RuneScape 3. It is used to make spicy sauce and many gnome foods. Players use it in dishes like worm crunchies, fruit batta, toad batta, spicy crunchies, spicy minced meat, and spicy tomato. It is also mixed with chopped garlic to make spicy sauce.

Gnome spice has a handy trick. It only runs out when used on non-gnome foods, such as chopped garlic for chilli con carne. When used on gnome dishes, it does not get used up. It can also replace normal spice to make spicy maggots in the Recipe for Disaster quest, in the part where you free the goblin generals.

In the game, this item can be bought from Hudo in the Grand Tree or from the Embalmer in Sophanem. Gnome guards, gnomes, and gnome women can also drop it. The item is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.15 kg. It cannot be equipped or stacked.
