Description

Splintering arrows are tier 95 arrows in RuneScape 3. You need level 95 Ranged to use them. They deal ability damage of 912 to 1368 with the Arrows style. These deadly arrows shatter on impact.

Their real power comes from the Splintered Spores passive effect. Every Ranged hit puts a stack of Punctured on your target, up to 250 stacks. Each stack stores 1% of your current ability damage. One tick after an ability ends, the target takes 0.5 times the stored damage. Four more hits follow, dealing 0.2, 0.15, 0.1, and 0.05 times the stored damage. Stacks are not used up when they deal damage, so the bleed keeps working as long as you keep attacking.

Splintering arrows work with chargebows like the Seren godbow and are consumed as normal. If your bow is below tier 95, the damage scales down to match the bow. They look the same as black stone arrows.

These arrows are a strong pick for Ranged players who want extra damage on bosses and tough monsters. They are tradeable, stackable, and can be disassembled for parts.
